Angharad with her award at the Savoy Hotel in London. September 2013

I am an enthusiastic cook and have always incorporated this into my clinical work. I was awarded 'Best Dietitian Recipe' at the the 2013 British Turkey Awards at the Savoy Hotel in London. I have developed recipes and content for two separate cows milk protein allergy weaning guides. I also design recipes to go alongside child focused healthy eating programmes.  Having completed the Leith's School of Food and Wine Advanced Cookery Course as well as practical training for hypo-allergenic diets I find this is a very rewarding part of my work.

I am a regular guest speaker at various health professional events on a wide variety of subjects within paediatric dietetics including childhood obesity, growing issues in toddler nutrition, cow’s milk protein allergy and the developing gut.
